Food Rules is a nutrition advisory service run by Julia Shambrook, a State Registered Dietitian. Food Rules provides tailored nutrition advice for individuals, groups or families.

Food Rules aims to focus on the big picture of how nutrition is used to look after our bodies and how improved nutrition can aid performance, health and wellbeing.

Food Rules offers professional advice in a friendly, relaxed, down to earth and practical manner.

So how can Food Rules help you?

Diet and nutrition issues impact on the health and wellbeing of so many people. For example, being overweight, experiencing digestive problems such as irritable bowel syndrome, indigestion, diverticulitis and the effects of stress are common problems people have relating to their diet.

There can also be a number of medical conditions which influence food choices, such as Coeliac Disease, food intolerances/allergies, diabetes and heart disease.

Food Rules can empower you to make the right food choices to help improve your general health and wellbeing as well as providing the support necessary to help you succeed in the changes you need to make.

The main aim of Food rules is to leave you with the knowledge and ability to manage your unique food rules with confidence.

Food rules will help cut through the mass of confusing food information that exists to give you practical, quality assured advice that can only come from a State registered Dietitian.
